ROSCOE- $4,000 neg.

2005 Mustang gelding,  15.2h

This beautiful, large mustang is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced rider!
Roscoe is a rehab from a less than perfect home and he has come a long way. He is a super fun horse, still a bit green, but talented in many ways and fairly easy to ride. He has the goods for Dressage and collection, loves to chase cows, and is as sure footed as they come on the trail. He has been started on Working Equitation obstacles and will try anything with some reassurance. Trailers well, clips, great for farrier. He has anxieties in certain areas and will only be sold to an experienced rider who can continue the journey with him. He has been manhandled and cowboyed around and needs someone who is capable and knowledgeable enough to avoid those triggers. Roscoe loves people and other horses and will do well in a herd or a barn setting alike, but thrives on attention and daily activities. Will go out on trail on his own or in groups, not herd bound and does not need to be ridden every single day.
He is a horse that is always cautious but very quick to adjust to new things, e.g. obstacles, trot poles, jumps, etc. and takes new experiences in stride!
NOT a kids horse, NOT a beginner horse, but a fantastic horse for all occasions for the right match!
If you like mustangs and you would like to have a great partner you should meet Roscoe!
